Faculty Development Schemes:-

Upgrade the College Teaching Faculty’s Qualifications in accordance with UGC Guidelines:

  1. A faculty member must be employed as a permanent or contract employee at the college in order to be eligible.
  • A faculty member should have a dedication to both professional growth and academic quality.
  • Ask the college administration for the appropriate approvals.
  1. Options for Qualification Upgrading: –
  • Pursue higher academic degrees (such as a Master’s or Ph.D.) in their respective fields.
  • Work on intellectual projects and conduct research to raise academic status.
  • Attend conferences, workshops, seminars, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) that have received UGC approval.
  1. Financial Support:
  • Request financial assistance from the college administration for upgrading your qualifications.
